Welcome

Good to meet you.

You are on the list. A few quick questions now mean our first conversation is about your company, not about a checklist.

• 2 minOne question at a time, about two minutes in all.
• SkipEvery question is optional. Skip any you like.
• FreeIt leads to a free look at your setup, with no obligation.

What made you start looking for IT help?

This is the first thing we read. A sentence is plenty, and plain words are perfect.

How soon would you like this sorted?

There is no wrong answer. It tells us how quickly to move, so you are never rushed and never kept waiting.

What does the team work on?

So the free look at your setup starts in the right place instead of with twenty questions.

Where does the company email live?

A lot of small office trouble starts in the inbox. Knowing which one you use saves a round of questions later.

How does the team work day to day?

One office and a team spread across kitchens need different care. This helps us plan for yours.

Where is the company based?

Most of our work happens remotely. A town and a state tell us what a visit in person would involve.

How would you like to hear from us?

A person on our team will use this to set up the first conversation. Nothing else, and no newsletter.

What is the best number?

Used for this conversation only, by the person who reads your answers.

That is all we need.

Swipe back for a last look if you like. When you are happy, send it to the team and a person reads it next.
